Aggie Miller passed away peacefully on July 24, 2019, at the Prairie View Senior Living Center in Tracy, MN, where she had been a resident for the last several years.
Agnes Lentz was born in St. Leo, MN, on August 13, 1922, to Matthew and Margaret Lentz. On April 29th, 1948, she married Glenn Miller of Marshall. Aggie spent her working years as a waitress at Mikeâs Café in addition to the High School cafeteria in Marshall. Her three children were the joy of her life and she remained close to them through all her years. Aggie loved being a homemaker and mother and especially enjoyed baking pies, cookies, chocolate covered donuts and her specialty, âThe Cinnamon Rolls!â She was active for many years in the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a lifelong member of the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall.
Survivors include her three sons: Gary and wife Mary, of Ham Lake, MN, Mike of Luther, IA, and Jim and wife, Pam, of San Angelo, TX. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Steve, Julie, Suzy and husband Scott Klossner, Becca and husband Beau Wisecup and three great-grandchildren Tyler, Caleb and Isabella; in addition to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her sister Mary, and her husband Glenn who passed away on October 10, 1999.
Per her wishes, she was cremated and requested no formal service, opting instead for a private family service at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis where she will be interred with her husband, Glenn.
