Angela “Angie” Marie Scott was born January 25, 1977, in Marshall, to Chuck and Vickie (Cunningham) Scott. She grew up in Balaton and graduated from Balaton High School. Angie was a hard worker, and she always had a job. As a child, she helped on the farm, over the years collecting more eggs than she could count. She started working at Burger King at the age of 15, and she worked there for 14 years. After that, she began working at the call center at Schwan’s. Angie’s children were her greatest joy in life. She was their biggest supporter, always encouraging them and planning for their futures. Everyone who knew Angie loved her, and they could see the wonderful job she did raising her children. Angie was a kind, giving person who always put everyone else before herself. She was a talented artist, always drawing and coloring and presenting her art to family and friends. She loved playing cards with her children. Angie was a responsible, independent, stubborn woman who was proud of what she earned in life. She was brutally honest, and she will be missed.
