Carl Gorski

Carl Gorski was born on May 13, 1927, in Kittson County, Orleans, MN, to Adam and Cezaria (Zawadska) Gorski. He married Mary Stone on February 8, 1983. Carl farmed until 1974, then worked for UBC in Minneota. Upon retirement from UBC, he went to work as a custodian for the Minneota High School until 2004. Carl enjoyed traveling, reading, playing cards and bingo. He died on Monday, November 28, 2011, at the Minneota Manor. He is survived by his stepdaughter Leslie (and Gary) Fier of Minneota, step-grandsons Lance and Mark, sisters Johanna of Hallock and Victoria of Yuma, AZ, brothers Ben Gorski of Springfield and Ed Gorski of Inver Grove Heights, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, parents, two brothers and three sisters.
