Christopher Douglas Hennen

Christopher Douglas Hennen was born on March 12, 1986, in Ivanhoe, MN, to Tom and Carol (Konold) Hennen. He attended Holy Redeemer Grade School in Marshall and graduated from Minneota High School in 2004. Christopher attended NDSU in Fargo for a year, then transferred to Mankato State University in Mankato where he earned a degree in Business Marketing. He owned his own business in Rochester for a time, “Midwest Media Solutions.” He later went to work in sales, most recently for Warners Stellian in Rochester. Christopher was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing golf. He was passionate about his family. He was a kind and very genuine person. With the help of Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge of Rochester, he was recently investing himself in his spiritual health. He greatly appreciated the support he received at the club. Christopher died on Friday, October 9, 2015, at his residence in Rochester. He is survived by his parents, MaMa Carol (and Jerry) Differding of Minneota, and Tom Hennen of Wendell, MN, siblings Ashley (and Jordan) Dahl of Montevideo, Mariah Hennen of Evansville, Austin Hennen of Wendell, Tanner Differding of Minneota, Jonah Hennen of Wendell, Chase Differding of Minneota, niece and nephews Lincoln, McKinley and Cleveland Dahl of Montevideo, grandparents Doug and Jeannette Konold of Minneota, Orville and Marge Hennen of Marshall, Eileen Differding of Minneota, girlfriend Amber Kunz of Rochester, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Relatives and Friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Alvin Differding.
