Colton Jay Post age 2, son of Matt and Erin Post, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 at his family home in Woodstock, MN. Services will be 10:30 AM Monday, March 18, 2013 at Chandler Reformed Church in Chandler, MN. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Chandler Reformed Church, and continuing one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Chandler Memorial Cemetery, with a luncheon served in the church social hall immediately following the burial. The Chandler Funeral Association is handling the arrangements. Colton Jay Post was born December 27, 2010 to Matthew and Erin (Klingenberg) Post in Luverne, MN. He lived with his family on a farm near Chandler then moved to a farm near Woodstock, MN. He will always be remembered for his continuous smile, laughter, and tough fighting spirit. He loved the farm life, combining, riding the tractors, ranger, and especially his dad’s Bobcat. In August of 2012 Colton was diagnosed with a rare form of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He put up a valiant fight and never complained of the pain. After being an angel on earth for two short years, he went to be with the Lord as an angel in heaven on Thursday, March 14, 2013. Colton is lovingly remembered by his parents, Matt and Erin Post of Woodstock, MN; sister, Kya Post of Woodstock, MN; grandparents, Glenn and Sandy Klingenberg Jr. of Edgerton, MN and James and Susan Post of Lake Wilson, MN; great grandparents, Glenn and Doris Klingenberg of Sibley, IA and Jean Zimbal of Payson, AZ; honorary great-grandparents Henry and Regina Schmidt; one aunt, Rachael Post of Los Angeles, CA; four uncles and eleven cousins, Gene, Kayla, Haley and Emily Klingenberg of St. Cloud, MN. Cory, Heidi, Keyona and Ty Klingenberg of Adrian, MN, Grant, April, Amber, Cody, Seth and Logan Post of Lake Wilson, MN, and Jesse, Melissa, Taylor, Jackson and Shiloh Post of Woodstock, MN; special friend, Liberty Amdahl of Flandreau, SD; and many other friends. His great grandfather, Harold Zimbal, great grandparents, Edgar and Janet DeLeeuw and James and Jennie Post, and aunt, Michelle Post preceded him in death.
