Deborah Mead

Deborah Rae (Arends) Mead was born on July 1, 1954, in Marshall to Francis and Delores (Ertz) Arends. She grew up and attended school in Minneota. Deborah raised her family in a variety of communities. For the last eight years, she was living in Watertown, SD. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, word search games, fishing, bowling, and playing bingo. Deb was most passionate about spending time with her kids and grandkids. She died on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD, after a lengthy illness. Deb is survived by her children Angela, Jessica and Damon of Watertown, SD, grandchildren Brittany, Arianna and Trystan, parents Francis and Delores Arends of Minneota, siblings Paul, Laura, Gregory, James, Patricia, Brenda, Jeffrey and Jean, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her infant sister, Lisa.
