George Kenneth Enga was born on April 13, 1931, in Rural Minneota, to Nicholai and Mabel (Broughten) Enga. He grew up on the family farm and graduated from Minneota High School. George worked for the Coca-Cola bottling plant in Marshall and later was a Route Driver for Mid-Pane Gas. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. For the last couple of years, George was living with his brother and two nephews in Hoffman, MN. He died on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud.
He is survived by his siblings Arlett Jones of South Mill, NC, Lee Enga of Andover, Edwin Enga of Hoffman, Norma Serumgard of Robbinsdale, MN, JoAnn Mosher of Beltrami, sister-in-law Mildred Enga of Chesapeake, VA, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gordy, sister Deanna and an infant sister.
