Marcia Ann Klaith was born March 31, 1965 to Lawerence and Helen (Marcotte) Klaith at Weiner Memorial Hospital in Marshall, MN.
Marcia was baptized and confirmed in the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Marcia attended Marshall Public Schools and graduated in 1983. She attended and graduated from Stewarts School of Hairstyling and was a licensed cosmetologist at the Eden Prairie Center for almost 10 years. Marciaâs true passion was taking care of people so she changed professions and worked in the health care field as a C.N.A. for home health care and she worked at Prairie Community Services for 13 years, which she loved, until her health declined.
Marcia enjoyed posting on Facebook, talking on the phone, spending time with her friends, playing bingo and shopping. Her greatest passions were her girls. Another one of her greatest passions was her Louisiana family; her son Matthew, whom she gave up for adoption and was reunited with, the family that adopted him, and her grandson Jackson.
Marcia died Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the Minneota Manor Health Care System. Marciaâs battle of 2.5 years was gracefully and powerfully fought with a positive attitude. The battle was not lost, but simply won by a higher power.
Marcia is survived by her children, Matthew Koetter and grandson Jaxon, of Lake Charles, LA, Taryn Rathman of Rochester, MN, Tosha (Taylor) Brunner of Agency, MO; siblings Greg (Sherry) Klaith of Salisbury, NC and their children Melissa and Kelly, Gary (Bonnie) Klaith of Bloomington, MN, her twin Marc (Missy) Klaith of Marshall, MN and their children Brock, Austin and Nicholas, Michael (Pam) Klaith of Rockford, MN and their children Lauren and Joey; her Louisiana family John and Teddy Koetter, Sarah and Nick Heinen and their children Miley and Isac, TR, Lisa and Megan Robertson; many friends and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Helen, and her sister Judy Carlstrom.
