Robert (Bobby) Nixon

Robert Frank Nixon was born on November 1, 1953, in St. Paul, MN, the third of four children born to Fred and Marlys Nixon. For the last 30 years, Bobby has been living at REM in Marshall. He worked at the Advance Opportunities. Bobby enjoyed westerns, taking walks in the community and shopping. He will be remembered for his tenacity and persistence in living life on his terms. He died on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. He is survived by his friends and family at REM and Advance Opportunities in Marshall. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
