Shirley Ann Nuese

Shirley Ann Nuese, age 78, of Marshall, Minn., died Friday, June 22, 2007, at her home in Marshall. She was born on June 12, 1929 in Milroy, Minn, the daughter of Ferdinand and Louise Boerjan Dobias. She graduated from Milroy High School and on September 8, 1948 she married Terrence Nuese in Milroy. The couple made their home in Luverne and Marshall. She helped many elderly people with housekeeping and laundry and made many lasting friends through her work. After retirement she would still visit those work related friends. She was a member of the DAV and volunteered for the local Food Shelf. She is survived by her husband Terrence; Sons; Richard (Cheryl) Nuese of Cottonwood, Minn, John (Linda) Nuese of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Douglas (Cindy) Nuese of Marshall, Minn. By grandchildren: Melissa (Scott) Gile, Laurie (Adam) Wilkens, Chad Nuese, Kristie Nuese, Bradley (Erin) Nuese, Jeffrey Nuese, Emily Nuese, and. Adam Nuese. By great grandchildren; Logan and Megan Gile, Makenzie and Noah Wilkens and Jackson and Dawson Nuese. By a Sister, Mary Lou Powell of Payson, Ill. and three brothers, Ed Dobias of Sun City Center, Fla., Clarence Dobias of Las Vegas, Nev. and David Dobias of Surprise, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her parents.
