Steve Schwartz

The funeral service for Steven “Steve” Schwartz, 57, of Redwood Falls, formerly of Tracy, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at the Life Remembrance Center of Tracy. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment and military honors will take place at the Tracy Cemetery. Steven Charles “Steve” Schwartz was born on January 8, 1960, in Tracy, MN, to Charles Henry and Margaret (Voge) Schwartz. He grew up in Tracy and graduated from Tracy High School. Steven enlisted in the U.S. Marines and served in Camp Pendleton, CA, for many years. After his honorable discharge, he returned to the Midwest. He was most recently employed as a Dispatcher with the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office. Steve died on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at his residence in Redwood Falls, MN. He is survived by his children Ashley Schwartz of Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, Sharon Bowles of Columbus, OH, Anthony Lee of San Diego, CA, mother Margaret Schwartz of Tracy, siblings Deb Bjorklund (and Dave Peterson) of Tracy, Brenda (and Rick) Halvorson of Cannon Falls, ex-wife Ora Paramore of Village Mills, TX, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles.
