Troy was born July 31, 1963, in Marshall to Robert and Shirley (Langan) Rogge.
Troy moved to Florida to be near his daughters, Trista and Ashley. He later married Raina Peterson. They had two sons - Hunter and Chase. Troy was a very devoted father to his children. Spending time with them was his greatest joy in life.
Troy was self-employed and a very active, hard worker who never hesitated to help family and friends when needed.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, an occasional golf game and working on vehicles in his spare time. Trips to Minnesota were especially important because he was able to spend time with his mother, siblings and their families. He also enjoyed getting his sons involved in the traditional "Rogge" fall pheasant hunting.
Troy is survived by his children Trista, Hunter, Chase and Ashley and three grandchildren, Selena, Adrian and Kylie, all from Florida. He is also survived by his mother, Shirley of Marshall; brothers Cary of San Gabriel, Calif., Dean (and Melanie) of Phoenix, Ariz., Kim of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Jay (and Barb) of Hanley Falls; sisters Cathy (and Steve) Malherek of Marshall and Lisa (and Joel) Kretsch of Redwood Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
