Wallace Madden

Wallace Raymond Madden was born on March 20, 1912 to George and Louise (Tiedje) in Lynd Township. Wallace died on Sunday, February 3, 2008, at Sanford Tracy Medical Center, in Tracy. Wallace farmed with his parents before entering the United States Coast Guard. He served from 1942-1946. He returned to Marshall a few years before moving to Denver, CO. He later moved back to Lynd and Marshall and finally moved to Cottonwood around 1987. He moved to Tracy in 2006. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and the Cooties. He is survived by his brother, Donald Madden of Broughton, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents.
