Zane Joel Rock

Zane Joel Rock was born on March 15, 2006, in Marshall, to Brandon and Holly (Bauer) Rock. Zane was born with a genetic disorder that caused multiple health problems during his three years. Although he gradually lost his sight and hearing and could not crawl or walk, he provided an immense amount of love to his mother, father, sister and family. Zane touched the hearts of all who came to know him. He died peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2009, at his residence, surrounded by his family. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Brandon and Holly, and sister Araya, of Rural Garvin, grandparents Frank and Anita Bauer of Marshall, grandmother Donna Rock of Minneapolis, great-grandmother Anne Wheeler of Wayzata, Uncle Kent (and Kristen) Bauer, Aunt Ellen (and Greg) Begin, Uncles Jacob (and Brittany) and Royce (and Destiny) Rock.
